We are a family-run operation looking to acquire UK-based, privately-owned businesses. Our goal is to own and operate the business for the long term, safeguarding its legacy and caring for its customers and employees. We understand that this requires a mutual fit where the owners’ ambitions and the company’s people are respected, thereby providing the owners with more than just an exit opportunity.

Our 3 key company criteria

  • We are looking for companies with pre-tax profits of £500k - £1.5M.

  • We are looking for companies which have been trading for at least 5 years, with steady and consistent sales over their trading history, and a proven track record of profitability.

  • We are primarily interested in companies that operate in fragmented, non-cyclical industries. And in which we can leverage our operations capability and past experience to further grow the business. For example, the low carbon energy or niche manufacturing industries.
