  • We are looking for a company that has been trading for at least 5 years.

  • Whilst we are open to companies in any industry, we are looking for companies that operate in fragmented, non-cyclical industries that aren’t declining.

  • We are looking for a company with consistent and healthy profit margins.

  • We are looking for a company with steady and consistent sales over their trading history.

  • We are looking for a company with pre-tax profits between £300k - £1.5M.
